We recommend an array of vitamin and mineral supplements, each designed specifically for your needs.  we are not interested in just meeting the U.S. government’s recommended daily allowances (RDA) for vitamins and minerals, which are the levels recommended to prevent deficiency diseases. Rather, we want to ensure that you receive sufficient supplementation to promote optimal health and wellness.

If your eating program contains processed foods, then you can be certain that these foods are depleted in vitamin and mineral content.

Vitamins and minerals are nutrients that are required by the cells of our body for a variety of biochemical functions but cannot be synthesized by our bodies. Therefore, they must be supplied in our foods or through nutritional supplements. The average American diet consists of packaged and canned foods which are high in fats and calories but provide little nutritional benefit because the nutrients have been destroyed in processing.

An immune system under stress from recurrent allergies and/or infections depletes the body’s stores of vitamins, minerals and nutrients. These must be replenished. We recommend that all of our guests go on some form of vitamin and mineral supplementation.
